    Hi Elex,

    I have purchased an havell’s fan but the downrod length is small for our use, it is 10 inch which was available with the pack. We would need a 15 inch downrod, how can we get the same for our fan?

    Hey,

    Happy to know that the company has diversified into other products.
    I am a customer using Sprint Hi-Speed Pedestal Fan which needs services once a month. I have never seen a fan which fails to work so often. WIth every service and replacement it gets worse. It fails to work even faster. Great job in designing and manufacturing a faulty and failing product.
